The challenge

A loyalty stack built around discounts, not behaviour.

Habits had grown on D2C supplements and a points-for-purchases loyalty stack. Margins were under pressure: every retention play was a discount, and the customer base had learned to wait for the next sale.

The team wanted a wellness narrative that pulled customers in for reasons that weren't price — daily routines, public progress, and rewards earned through behaviour. The existing app shell was too transactional; a separate microsite was the right venue.

Bricqs hosts the wellness microsite on its own domain. Shopify customer IDs flow through optional SSO, daily logging events come from the Habits mobile app, and rewards land in Klaviyo + Shopify within seconds.

    Logged-in Shopify customers SSO into the microsite via signed token. Anonymous visitors join with email and upgrade on first reward claim.

    Daily activity logs from app + microsite

    The Habits mobile app forwards hydrate / move / sleep / log events. The microsite captures the same events for users without the app.

    Klaviyo + Shopify reward webhooks

    Tier upgrades push to Klaviyo profile attributes. Reward unlocks mint Shopify discount codes and free-shipping rules within 200ms.
