Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. How you receive what you buy

• Your plan is delivered online, in your Bricqs workspace at app.bricqs.co.
• It starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute or two. If you were publishing an engagement, it goes live then.
• Your invoice is emailed to your billing email and is also available in Settings, under Billing.
• There are no physical goods, shipping charges or delivery addresses involved.

2. If your plan does not start

If your payment went through but your plan has not started, contact us with the payment date and the email you paid with, and we will sort it out. If we cannot apply the payment, it is refunded as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3. Rewards in your engagements

Prizes and rewards you offer to participants in your engagements are delivered by you, not by Bricqs.
